Guillaume Budé, Commentarii Linguae Graecae, printed in Paris by Josse Bade (Jodocus Badius Ascensius), 1529.

The first edition of a commentary on the Greek language by a famous French humanist scholar, printed by an equally famous printer.  The title page incorporates a classic illustration of the early printing press at work.  The man on the left holds a tool for applying ink to the typea; the man on the right is setting the type for another page.
