The ARC Training Centre for Hyphenated Analytical Separation Technologies (HyTECH) is a research and training program with the goal of developing highly skilled, innovative, industry-ready analytical scientists, equipped to tackle the most challenging analytical science questions across a diversity of the nation’s research and development priority areas.

The Centre works with technology providers to develop and deliver new and cutting-edge analytical capability, focused specifically on new hyphenated analytical separation sciences, designed to solve practical end-user defined problems, and built upon research and development into innovative technology and advanced methods.

The Centre's three interlinked research platforms are: applied materials and portable hyphenated technologies, food systems and natural products, and environmental science and monitoring.
