Philosophy in the Pub is a regular opportunity for members of the Launceston community to meet and discuss, in some depth, a philosophical topic of their own choosing.

The topic this month is "The Absurd".

The event is hosted by philosophers from UTAS as part of the university's ongoing engagement with the broader Tasmanian community.

We acknowledge the Palawa and Gadigal people, the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which we live and work. We honour their enduring culture and knowledges as vital to the self-determination, wellbeing and resilience of their communities.
