- Description
- This project complements and extends a successful 2013 project that aims to offer (post-professional) training programs for Environmental Health Officers (and trainees). It seeks to modify the focus of training from laboratory based activities, microbial ecology and food microbiology to lecture-style presentations and Q&A sessions centred on environmental hazards (with particular focus on water microbiology and toxic algal blooms) and the legalities of Environmental Health regulation (including recent changes in the Food Act).
