Weird Formalism in Practice: A studio-based inquiry into autonomy, excess, process and the art-object

This research has developed an artistic vocabulary to explore art-object’s capacities to embody ontological concerns; furthermore, how Weird Formalist principles can be applied to studio methods to create work processes that fuse a synthesis between art-objects, autonomy, excess and ontology.
