Weaving Workshops in the Riawunna Garden with Bianca Templar

Riawunna warmly welcomes women to participate in a series of weaving workshops facilitated by Bianca Templar over 3 weeks at the Riawunna Centre, Inveresk.

Together we will weave stories, share knowledge and strengthen connections as we work towards filling the nine Nation circles in the gardens outside.

Once completed, the woven pieces will be installed within the nine circles, becoming part of the Riawunna Garden artwork designed by Aboriginal artists Lynne Spotswood and Gnie Battese. This collaborative project will celebrate culture, storytelling and community, bringing people together through the shared practice of weaving.
