CZZ104 Collaborative Teaching Team

To identify the critical elements of effective and sustainable collaborative teaching praxis for online tertiary education.

We are a team of academics from diverse disciplines who have developed a community of practice to guide our joint teaching and our iterative development of CZZ104 (formerly XBR104). Our experience of working in a collaborative teaching team points to a collegial and sustainable model of online delivery. This research will yield a reflective account of the development of our team-teaching approach that has evolved over the last five years and offer guidance for cultivating collegiality in the online environment.

This is a mixed-methods project comprising a student focus group, and staff questionnaires and semi-structured interviews.
