Healthy Hearts in Pharmacy

This project was designed to enable community pharmacists to take a more active role in promoting good cardiovascular health to the community. It incorporated regular counselling sessions.

This project was conducted in collaboration with Monash University and funded by a Pharmacy Guild of Australia Investigator Initiated Grant.
