Tasmanian Palliative Care Formulary

The DHHS funded UMORE to develop a Palliative Care Formulary ready for publication on the palliative care service’s website. This formulary provided those working in the field of palliative care with a wide range of drug monographs, guidance on matching drugs to symptoms, advice on use of syringe drivers and use of medicines outside of approved indications.

The formulary was formally launched by the DHHS in September 2009.
