Warfarin Training Package

A training package based on internationally validated materials was developed and piloted with health care professionals and warfarin patients. The role of this training package was to assist specially-trained pharmacists to educate consumers about their warfarin therapy and train them to self-monitor.

This project was funded by the Safety and Quality Council, Royal Hobart Hospital Training Program.
