The Institute welcomes two new PhD Candidates

welcomeThe Institute extends a warm welcome to two new postgraduate students commencing research under the supervision of TILES Senior Researcher, Dr Isabelle Bartkowiak-Theron.

Cassandra Thoars is a PhD Candidate, and her research is focusing on What is the Relationship between Juvenile Offenders' Engagement in Education and Recidivism? Multidimensional perspectives. The supervisors are Dr David Moltow (Faculty of Education) and Dr Isabelle Bartkowiak-Theron (TILES).

Rhondda Waterworth is also a PhD Candidate, and her research is on Measuring Legal Actor Contributions to Judicial Procedures. Associate Professor Terese Henning (Faculty of Law) and Dr Isabelle Bartkowiak-Theron (TILES) are supervising her research.

The new PhD Candidates are joining a community of current postgraduates supervised by TILES academics.

The Institute provides opportunities for Higher Degree by Research (HDR) programs - Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Research Masters (MRes), and full fee paying postgraduate courses.
