Introduction
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is a key component of successful and mutually rewarding supply chains for organisations. In this unit, you will be exposed to techniques for developing and fostering collaborative relationships with external suppliers, including appropriate communication, performance measurement and supplier development methodologies.
