Topics covered in this unit include conditions of contract, contract liabilities and responsibilities, common contractual issues, and requests for variation, delays and disruptions. Through a range of applied activities and case studies, you will be exposed to the processes and duties involved in delivering construction contracts. You will analyse problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques to resolve common contractual issues and use critical thinking to examine ways to avoid common construction contract pitfalls.
