Introduction
In this unit students will consolidate their investigative skills and broaden them to supervisory level. They will use contemporary literature to examine current practices and investigative challenges within their context(s). Emerging practices, resources, and technologies for investigations will be analysed and discussed. The role of the supervisor in investigative units will also be explored.

- Evaluate strategies for effective communication with, and interviewing of, a diverse range of individuals to gather and record relevant and accurate information

- Examine approaches to reporting , presenting, and sharing information about investigations in a timely, legal and effective manner to support investigations and the organisation
