Introduction

This unit teaches students how to competently and safely plan, conduct and adapt, where necessary, health and exercise assessments based on best practice criteria. Students will also learn how to interpret the results of assessments and communicate findings to the client and other health professionals where relevant.

Teaching Pattern

Online - 120 mins per week for 12 weeks
Practical - 180 mins per week for 13 weeks

Assessment

Two online theory tests (10% each); Practical Assessments (40%), Written Assignment (case study) 3000 words (40%).
