Introduction
This unit provides the students with the knowledge to solve mathematical problems involved in theoretical marine engineering units of the course. The students gain mathematical skills to solve algebra, trigonometry, and calculus problems which are applied to Applied Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Naval Architecture and Electro-technology studies.
