Introduction
In this unit students develop a line of speculative, self-directed research in the design discipline area, forming the basis of their Honours thesis. They identify a research theme, specify research questions, and develop preliminary design work for their thesis. They also have regular meetings with a supervisor to monitor the progress of their research.
The work is to be developed throughout the semester, taking into account feedback from critiques.
