Introduction

The stakeholder project unit provides an opportunity for students to apply their skills to an Indigenous based problem derived from the Indigenous community. Building a deep understanding of the unique needs of this community will provide a platform for students to move beyond basic stakeholder analysis and to exhibit empathy with stakeholder collaboration. In this unit the role of project manager will be the responsibility of each team member. Students will work in teams with pre-defined roles. This unit consolidates and extends students' development of the professional, technical, communication and teamwork skills required by ICT professionals in practice.
