31st Richard Jones Memorial Lecture
What helps places flourish in a changing climate?
As the climate changes, cities and communities are grappling with interconnected social, environmental and economic challenges. Local knowledge and collective action have an important role to play, but how do we organise at the scale needed to create lasting change?
Join Kaj Lofgren, CEO of Regen Melbourne, for the 31st Richard Jones Memorial Lecture, to consider how people and organisations can work together to raise their ambition for the places they call home. Drawing on his work across Greater Melbourne, Kaj will explore how shared ambitions can bring communities, researchers, businesses and government together, and how local efforts can connect to create change at a wider scale.
Explore the relationship between place, leadership and transformation, and discover what becomes possible when communities help plant the seeds of change.
