What's new

A recent upgrade to MyHR has introduced some minor changes and improvements in functionality:

Company Directory Org Chart enhancements:

  • Show Peers feature (on or off)
  • Export functionality is now available - please contact HR via Staff Services Portal
  • Position Title is now presented in Position Description field.

Profile Updates – attachment functionality:

  • Qualifications and Certificates can be submitted for approval to HR, with supporting documentation attached.

Manager Self Service (as a proxy) – Team Time and Absences:

  • Employees who have been delegated approvals to can now view:
    • Absence History of delegated team
    • Absence Balances of delegated team
    • Pending Absence and Timesheet Requests via Team menu
