A recent upgrade to MyHR has introduced some minor changes and improvements in functionality:
Company Directory Org Chart enhancements:
- Show Peers feature (on or off)
- Export functionality is now available - please contact HR via Staff Services Portal
- Position Title is now presented in Position Description field.
Profile Updates – attachment functionality:
- Qualifications and Certificates can be submitted for approval to HR, with supporting documentation attached.
Manager Self Service (as a proxy) – Team Time and Absences:
- Employees who have been delegated approvals to can now view:
- Absence History of delegated team
- Absence Balances of delegated team
- Pending Absence and Timesheet Requests via Team menu
