Education and Training

Education is a key focus for UMORE. We have developed educational tools for pharmacists, other health professionals and patients. Training and educational tools developed by UMORE include:

• training videos/DVDs
• online training modules
• websites
• face-to-face training sessions.

We maintain an education website, iLearn. This website is used for our successful Medicines Australia education project, and training associated with research projects.

One of our most successful online patient educational tools is www.anticoagulation.com.au, which can be accessed by patients taking warfarin Australia-wide to provide information and support to guide them with their therapy.
