Introduction
This unit aims to present a coherent view on the role of knowledge and strategic information management in organisations from a multidisciplinary perspective. This unit will provide students with an understanding of how to strategically manage and govern the ICT function in business organisations. It builds on themes relating to managing ICT as an organisational resource and discusses the ICT function from strategy and governance perspectives. Students will develop skills and knowledge relating to the use of the latest technologies for managing information and knowledge and how to strategically manage and govern the ICT function in business organisations.
