Introduction

Provides introductory knowledge on the contextual environment, strategic processes and operational management of international business. Globalisation forces domestic firms to look for market opportunities overseas. This requires the firms to make strategic decisions and undertake management in a complex cross-border environment. These issues constitute the core topics of the unit.
