Learning Outcomes

  • Demonstrate knowledge of conventional basic mathematical and algebraic notation and terminology.
  • Identify and apply appropriate mathematical techniques in order to solve problems given in a variety of formats.
  • Present logical solutions to mathematical problems using conventional mathematical and algebraic notation and terminology.
  • Demonstrate effective study skills by maintaining a workbook covering the key components in the course and identifying and seeking assistance in areas that require clarification.
