Introduction
This unit focuses on building both personal and professional resilience for responding to change and uncertainty. Maintaining sustainable services and supports for individuals, families and communities requires people and organisations to work within increasingly complex and uncertain environments. This unit will introduce contemporary tools and strategies that underpin the ability of people and organisations to successfully adapt to change. Opportunities for innovation and future planning will also be explored.
