Introduction
The aim of this unit is for teachers to examine the role of coaching and mentoring in preparing future teachers. This unit will assist teachers to develop their knowledge and understanding of coaching and mentoring. The unit is relevant to all teachers who are committed to improving the quality of pre-service teachers through coaching and mentoring.
