Units are offered in attending mode unless otherwise indicated (that is attendance is required at the campus identified). A unit identified as offered by distance, that is there is no requirement for attendance, is identified with a nominal enrolment campus. Learning Outcomes
- Through performance and rehearsal, consolidate musical ideas to aid in participation in a musically cohesive ensemble.
- Identify and internalise relevant information pertaining to repertoire and performance practice in a collaborative setting.
- Extend instrumental/vocal skills to participate in ensemble performance.
- Identify and reflect on knowledge and skills required within a group setting to define genre appropriate problems associated with ensemble music making.

| Teaching Pattern | Semester 1 and 2: Large, and/or conducted ensembles: Weekly 3 hour rehearsals/coaching sessions (12 weeks) or Small ensembles: Weekly 2 hour ensemble performance class/scheduled rehearsals, minimum 6 x 1hr coaching sessions or as timetabled by ensemble directors. |
