Introduction

This unit offers students the opportunity to undertake supervised fieldwork in the area of journalism, media and communications.

Intensive fieldwork period with orientation sessions before fieldwork and debriefing sessions upon return.   Total contact:  39 hours

Assessment

In-Country Group Work 1,500 words equivalent – (20%);

Research Project (4,000 words or equivalent) and Exegesis (2,000 words) – 80%
