Commercial and Corporate Practice LAS605

Introduction

The unit will look at: the sale and purchase of business assets; establishing, and advising on, different commercial entities; the revenue aspects of transactions; and, the financing of transactions. Two interactive case studies focusing on advising on commercial structures and setting up commercial structures are used to facilitate your learning. Authentic assessment tasks provide you with the opportunity to ‘learn by doing’, which ensures your competency in each element of the LACC standards for commercial and corporate law.
