Introduction

This unit is a capstone clinical practice unit which will provide an opportunity for students having completed studies in CAA213 to integrate their knowledge and clinical skills in a clinical practice environment.  Students will undertake placement in emergency ambulance, general practitioner, operating theatre and ships medical centre environments and will be required to apply clinical skills acquired in a supervised clinical environment.  During their clinical placement students will complete a clinical skills portfolio demonstrating proficiency, along with critical practice analysis and reflection.
