Introduction

This unit will encourage you to consider and develop your own approach to leadership so that you can more effectively engage with older adults and other professionals in supporting quality ageing and aged care. The unit will examine and critique different approaches to leadership in fields related to aged care, as well approaches to support effective change and service improvement. You will develop skills in leading service coordination, implementation, review and revision.
