Introduction

This unit builds upon theories explored in CNA772. Principles of anaesthesia and post anaesthesia in the perioperative and non-operative setting will be further developed through exploration of evidence based literature. Advanced concepts underpinning emergency and supportive care will be examined as applied to the perianaesthesia environment.
