Concepts of Nursing 4: The Emerging Leader NUR356
Introduction
Concepts of Nursing 4 is a capstone unit that provides you with an opportunity to consolidate prior learning and develop the skills and attributes to transition from student to registered nurse. The areas of authentic leadership, lean processes, quality improvement, health economics and digital health will be addressed to enable you to use evidence-informed solution-focused skills when engaging with stakeholders in a case for adopting a sustainable change.
