Supervision in Practice 1 PSY718

Introduction

This unit will involve students actively identifying and then planning to address opportunities for professional development within their own psychology practice, resulting in the development of a personalized continuing professional development plan that will be underpin continuing professional development activities throughout their degree. In doing so, it supports students to meet the AHPRA requirements for the 5+1 internship year through engagement in continuing professional development, along with the mandated completion of a client case report. Students will engage in group and individual supervision activities to consider dilemmas involving competing ethical and professional duties and responsibilities.
