Australian Maritime Safety Authority - STCW Short Course- 100% Attendance is mandatory.
STCW Short Course certificate issued on successful completion of course with evidence of age requirement and evidence of 6 months qualifying sea-service.
To provide the student with the skills and knowledge required to take charge of a survival craft or rescue boat in emergency situations.

5 day STCW short course. Three days at Beauty Point campus, 4th day of course at Newnham survival centre, final day at Beauty Point campus.
