Introduction
This unit is the second of two research project units.
Students undertake research work under the supervision of a member of academic staff on a topic approved by the School, and produce a thesis document that reports and discusses the findings from this research and also give a formal presentation of their work.

- Select, adapt and apply research methodologies, tools, and techniques to conduct and manage an independent ICT-related research project
- Critically analyse research outcomes to answer research questions
- Document and communicate the research techniques used to generate research results, and defend a research approach, in an oral presentation and written thesis
