ICT Research Dissertation B-Extended KIT704
Students with DN+ in all of their first-year units and HD in KIT714 can undertake a significant research project and complete a research dissertation.
Introduction
This unit is an optional extension to the research specialization and is only available to students enrolled in KIT703. Students are currently undertaking research work under the supervision of a member of academic staff on a topic approved by the School and produce a thesis document that reports and discusses the findings from this research in KIT703. KIT704 is an opportunity for students to further develop their research capability. In this unit students will be given the opportunity to work on a high-quality publication based on their master work, and to explore options for extending their master research possibly into a PhD. This unit will help high performing research students to build up their research capability and profile.
