Units are offered in attending mode unless otherwise indicated (that is attendance is required at the campus identified). A unit identified as offered by distance, that is there is no requirement for attendance, is identified with a nominal enrolment campus. A unit offered to both attending students and by distance from the same campus is identified as having both modes of study.

Assessment | To successfully complete Communication for effective leadership you are required to undertake 40 hours of logged service or leadership work over a 15 week period. This will constitute a hurdle requirement. You also need to satisfactorily complete each of the following tasks: * a short introductory and goal setting activity (posted to the MyLO site) (5%) * two peer meetings, followed by a short piece of reflective writing (these meetings may be in person, online or via telephone, video conference , skype or webconference) (25%) * a short persuasive presentation (40%) - format to be negotiated delivered in person at an event, or posted online) * a final reflective task (written or alternative format) and plan for future continuing professional development (30%). |
