About the research project
This project will fill the gap in the current Blue Economy CRC programs specifically milestone CRC1.3. This will be achieved by developing novel solutions for the training requirement of a new breed of workforce capable of working in the Blue Economy industries. The aim is to help the resilience and sustainability of Blue Economy industries by investigating the human element requirement and defining an educational system able to develop a workforce capable of operating in the Human-Cyber Physical System (H-CPS) where a cognitive operator interacts with intelligent systems and machines. This project will help the Blue Economy CRC to assure the long-term sustainability of the high-value technological advancement they developed by ensuring the supply of their future skilled operators.
