Bachelor of Business with Honours (G4F)

Overview (2027)

Duration

Minimum 1 Year, up to a maximum of 3 years.

Duration
Duration refers to the minimum and maximum amounts of time in which this course can be completed. It will be affected by whether you choose to study full or part time, noting that some programs are only available part time.

Location

I would 100% recommend doing honours. Because what it comes down to is that you get to research what you want to research. It’s not your honours supervisor who says, ‘you need to research this’, it’s you having a conversation with your honours supervisor about this is what I’ve been thinking or this part of business interests me.

The Bachelor of Business with Honours degree allows students to develop a body of research-relevant knowledge, skills and experience as preparation to undertake professional research work and/or as a pathway into a research-focused master's degree or doctorate in the future. Students do this by undertaking research-related coursework, executing an independent research project under the guidance of an academic supervisor, and authoring a research dissertation.

The course may also be offered on-campus at the Launceston campus, subject to sufficient enrolment numbers and available supervision. All units include flexible attendance options.
