Counselling and wellbeing

Our staff are here to support you. Whenever you have a question or concern, you can reach us.

Studying with us gives you free access to confidential and professional counselling, both in-person and online. We can help with academic, mental health and personal concerns.

Talk to a counsellor

Make an appointment with our team of experienced counsellors who understand and enjoy working with students with different needs and backgrounds.

After hours support

Because life happens outside of business hours, we have a dedicated University Crisis Line you can call on 1300 511 709 or text on 0488 884 168 after 5pm or 24 hours on weekends and public holidays.

Events and self-help resources

Your mental health and wellness are important to us. That is why we have developed events, such as mindfulness sessions and self-help resources to give you tips on finding ways to relax, making new friends and building resilience.
