The 41st Society of Architectural Historians Australia and New Zealand (SAHANZ) Annual Conference

The 41st SAHANZ Annual Conference theme of Extremities encourages challenges to architectural history from a multiplicity of positions, critiquing the evidence underlying prevailing narratives and re-investigating architectural history from all points of the perspectival compass.
The conference’s siting in lutruwita/Tasmania encourages proposals that relate to conceptions of the global South/geographical South, questions regarding political and intellectual colonisation, the implications of being regional, and agendas of regenerative development across the Asia-Pacific/Indian Ocean region.

Registration
To register for the conference, fill in the Registration form and pay the conference registration fees.
It is preferred that Presentations be given in person at the conference venue, but there will be an online option for presenters who cannot travel to the conference.
