Introduction
he unit enables students to examine the foundation of implementing integrated care in health and across Australian communities. There is a specific focus on investigating inter-professional collaboration and practice for the delivery of whole of person care. Students will examine and evaluate integrated care models and their suitability for different healthcare contexts. Students will critically appraise integrated care KPI’s to achieve efficient and effective healthcare services. Students will have opportunities to hear from experts across Australia and participate in industry case studies and analysis.
