  1. Critically reflect on policing practice, theory and disciplinary knowledge in your selected topic.
  2. Conduct a literature review and appraise documentary research critically.
  3. Communicate knowledge and research results related to your selected subject matter in the form of a written dissertation.

Fees

A fee waiver applies to students who study this unit as part of a Faculty approved police cohort in R4C Bachelor of Arts - Professional Honours in Public Sector Leadership Management in 2020.

DPFEM in-house residential and online.

Conventional Students: Intensive directed study involving weekly contact with supervisor (13 wks).

Assessment

Task 1: Progress report, 500 word discussion board post (20%)

Task 2: Research paper, 5000-6000 words (50%)

Task 3: Literature review, 2000 words (30%)
