Environmental Health Practice B CAM547
Introduction
This unit develops professional competencies to assess environmental risks, select and implement management tools,
processes and strategies to effectively control health, safety and environmental hazards, and communicate effectively
with a variety of stakeholders. Topics covered in this unit include research methods, project
management, program development and evaluation, organisational management, professional development and lifelong learning, emergency management, and places of public assembly/mass gatherings. This unit includes a professional experience placement (PEP) component.
