Learning Outcomes
- Critique theoretical frameworks and use this analysis to explore the impact of power and politics on organisational policy creation and implementation, including the development of effective quality policies
- Critically analyse the factors that support or prevent the achievement of quality policies’ intended results
- Apply analytical skills to select relevant models and methods to prepare stakeholder analyses and write policy briefing documents, including communication strategy
- Review and identify strengths and weaknesses in existing policies, prepare and develop policy briefing documents and promote informed policy debate
