Introduction

This capstone unit is designed to prepare you for the transition from academic learning to professional practice, focusing on the consolidation of knowledge and clinical paramedicine in preparation for your career. You will enhance your skills in continuing professional and personal development, understanding its role in maintaining your readiness and currency while contributing to safer care.  
 
You will also consolidate your ability to propose and implement evidence-based, person-centred care that strives to improve outcomes. 

By emphasising the importance of personal resilience, stress management, and drawing on your experience over the course of the degree, this unit will equip you to maintain long-term well-being and ensure a balanced and healthy professional life.
