Healthcare Redesign Solutions and Implementation unit (CAM510)

Location: Online

Introduction

Upon completion of this unit you will acquire advanced problem-solving skills, encompassing the design of targeted healthcare redesign solutions to meet identified quality and safety issues, gaps, and system inefficiencies found within health services. The unit draws upon a solid theoretical and empirical basis and introduces you to a range of best-practice models and tools for use within primary, secondary and tertiary health care contexts. The unit is designed to enhance your solution-design and implementation skills within an applied problem-solving environment or in a virtual environment. The unit follows CAM509 Healthcare Redesign Diagnostics and Analysis and is designed to support the second half of your healthcare redesign project. Upon completion of these units, you will have applied healthcare redesign, project and change management theory and skills to deliver a small healthcare redesign project.
