Introduction
This unit is experiential, and practice focussed. The emphasis is on extending your leadership capabilities. You will identify a practice problem within your workplace to make a service or quality improvement, review and analyse the evidence that supports the practice change and write a scoping paper detailing how you will deliver the project.
