Introduction

This unit is experiential and practice focused. The emphasis is on extending your leadership capabilities by addressing a practice problem within your workplace. The problem requires you to review and analyse evidence and apply leadership approaches to support a change ready workplace. Suggested changes will be addressed through the adoption of sustainable strategies that empower individuals to embed and support organisational culture into practice.
